The Pittsburgh Steelers got lucky this week with this week being their bye week. Four of the Steelers starters did not play on October 7 against the Seattle Seahawks, although the Steelers did not need them blowing them out 21-0. This week being their bye week gave the Steelers players time to heal.Wide receivers Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes and safety Troy Polamalu are expected to play this week against the Denver Bronco's. These three players make a huge difference in the game not only with big catches, and great defense, but with plays that do not get noticed.
The Steelers running back Willie Parker should be happy that Ward is back because of the up field blocking Ward gives Parker. Against the Bronco's, when Ward did not play, Parker had his first game with less than 100 yards rushing. Willie Parker should be able to run all over the Bronco's because the Bronco's rush defense is terrible. They are giving up on average 186.7 rushing yards a game and with Ward back, Willie should run over them like a Mack truck.

Although Steelers cornerback Bryant McFadden will not suit up, the Steelers bring back Troy Polamalu on defense. His presence on the field can change the game with his hard hits, instinctive defense, and overall pure intimidation. Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger now has two of his starters back to count on the team is needing to score. I think the Bronco's have bit off a little more than they can chew because quite frankly, they cannot handle the Steelers.
