Although the Packers lost, they are still going to move on. They lost their superstar Brett Favre against the Cowboys last night when they lost to the Cowboys 37-27. He left the game with an injuried elbow and shoulder.
The Packers doctors said he should be alright and return for the December 9th game against the Oakland Raiders. Favre is the record holder for most consecutive starts with 249, 269 including play-offs. The doctor also said that his elbow injury isn't as serious as last year and he doesn't have any nerve damage.
I think Brett will do fine because the injury will not affect his throwing arm. He is a tough guy, and although he is injured, he will still make a dramatic difference in the game on the 9th. I will have to admit, after watching the Packers this year, they are probably my new favorite team. I am not going to jump on the bandwagon with them, but they are doing surprisingly well this year.
