Disapointed in Ocho Cinco

Alright so I’m not the biggest fan of the over the top celebration, but when Chad Johnson said that he has a year of celebrations that will make us laugh every game, I got kind of excited. So of course the first game that the Bengals play I watched, just for the fact that Johnson was going to do an amazing Touch Down celebration.

So I’m watching the game and Johnson scores, I'm thinking to myself. O' here we go, this is going to be good. The crowd is cheering and you can just tell that they are waiting to see what Chad does. He goes off to the sideline, takes out a huge coat out of a black trash bag and puts it on. It is a "replica" of the Hall of Fame jackets. It says, “future H. O. F. 20??.” Now to me that just doesn't seem like that great of a celebration. I mean I’ll give the guy some credit for the creativity, but a celebration that made me laugh and say, "wow that was a good one." Not so much.

I'll give the guy a chance to redeem himself some time this year; there are still a lot of games to come. I just wasn’t impressed with his first celebration of the season, especially when this was going to be a year of amazing and stupendous celebrations from Mr. Ocho Cinco.
